By accessing TrendHunterNeon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Subscription & Payments

We offer 5 free 'hunts' per user. Beyond this limit, a paid subscription is required. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months.

3. Prohibited Use

Users may not use automated systems (bots, spiders) to scrape data from TrendHunterNeon. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer our trend-analysis algorithms or bypass our usage limits.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of TrendHunterNeon. Your usage grants you a limited license to view reports for personal or internal business use only.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account login.
  • You agree not to use our data for illegal marketing practices or spam.
  • TrendHunterNeon is not responsible for Meta/Google account bans resulting from your ad creatives.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
